Eckbert Muller is a male halfling blacksmith of [entity:419]. He works at the [entity:428] that he used to own, but had to sell it to @Rud when falling behind on his loan payments.

Eckbert is friendly, lively, considered a good man and a hard worker, but can get in trouble by wanting to do good for people and low-balling his prices, or giving out things for free.
