Faction-Tattoo Shields (item)

Every member of the FCC gets a special tattoo as soon as their training is complete. Every tattoo is designed according to the faction and their respective code-names (and titles, if they have any).
As their name would suggest, the Shields get tattooed with a big shield and their name, as well as their division-leaders name inside of it. Every division can decide on the form and color of the shield, to separate all the different divisions from one another.
They are the only faction that get their tattoos done only when they're deployed and not when they're done with their training.
